'SI' Scores with Favre Honors

Take that, haters! Sports Illustrated has had to go back to press to satisfy demand for its "Sportsman of the Year" issue honoring Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre.

The magazine has ordered an additional 50,000 copies, to be distributed in Wisconsin beginning today. It's the first time SI has ordered an extra print run since 2001, when an issue commemorating the death of Dale Earnhardt Sr. also sold out.

I note all this merely as a neutral observer, of course ...
