Speaking of Facebook and Privacy...

Did somebody say "ironic comeuppance?"

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is siccing his lawyers on the magazine 02138 over, yes, an invasion of his privacy. To accompany its story on the legal dispute surrounding the social networking site's founding, 02138 posted documents including his Harvard application, according to my colleague Sam Gustin. Among the goodies found therein are "his Social Security number, the full name of his girlfriend, and the address of his parents' house in New York."

Now if only someone could use that information to deduce what movies Zuckerberg's been renting...
