'Post' Mixes Up Editor and Actor -- AGAIN
The New York Post offers its annual close reading of the Conde Nast holiday luncheon today, but the real jaw-dropper isn't who sat where -- it's the serial ineptness of the paper's photo department.
The accompanying seating chart lists Details editor Dan Peres at table 12, but for some reason the headshot next to his name is of actor Chris Klein.
This would be merely an amusing screw-up -- if only the Post hadn't committed the exact same error in its Christmas-lunch story two years ago. Wow.
How does Peres feel about getting twice confused with the American Pie star? "Better Chris Klein than Chris Farley." He adds, "I'm going to send [Klein] in my place next year. Maybe then they'll run a picture of me."
