Abstract of the Day

From Case Western's Erik Jensen:

Abstract:
Law professors dress scruffily, and we need to do something about that.

The paper itself is surprisingly long, with far too many atrocious puns ("as you rip, so shall you sew"). But in case you care, Jensen reckons that a principles-based approach should suffice: "a detailed statutory regime shouldn't be necessary". That said, the principles in question do center on Jensen's mother.

HT: Larry Solum, who provides mathematical proof as to "why analytic philosophers (and similarly mathematicians and cognitive scientists) have a difficult time dressing themselves".
