Jockeying Ends for IMF Position

Well, after all that, it seems to be over before it had really begun. Dominique Strauss-Kahn is the official EU candidate to lead the IMF, which means he is the next leader of the IMF. Maybe next time there'll be less in the way of smoke-filled rooms and more in the way of a genuine search for the most qualified candidate.
