Man Bites Finger Off at Rally

How ugly is the debate over health care? A man in California bit off another man's finger during a health reform rally.

An argument between two men led to a fist fight in which a 65-year-old man had part his left pinky bit off at a rally in Thousand Oaks, California, Wednesday, the Associated Press reports. The biter fled.

The other man was sent to a local hospital, where doctors severed the tip of his finger, AP reported. The man was insured through Medicare.
