Chocolate Livers

Here's a photo of the chocolate livers to which the audience at Caitlin Berrigan's talk at the Whitney tonight will be treated. Also pictured, the Delftware plates on which they'll be served.

Earlier, Figure Painting reported that Berrigan was casting edible sculptures in chocolate before Paul McCarthy's confectionary Santas. Thanks to Berrgian for pointing out to us that Janine Antoni, who she counts as her inspiration, was sculpting with chocolate "long before anyone."
