There's more evidence to suggest that the alleged Pollock drip paintings Alex Matter discovered several years ago in his father's storage facility are not, in fact, Pollocks. Did art dealer Ronald Feldman unwittingly buy some of them?

A judge has dismissed the lawsuit brought by architect Santiago Calatrava against the city council of Bilbao, Spain for adding an extension to his bridge over the river Nervión, which he claimed was a copyright violation.

Peter Doroshenko, the head of the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art in northern England, is stepping down after a "staff mutiny." The Baltic was in the news last month after one of Nan Goldin's photographs was confiscated out of fear that it might constitute child pornography. (Authorities later determined that this was not the case.)
