Comings and Goings

One year after leaving the New York Times to write art criticism for the Boston Globe, Ken Johnson is heading back to the Big Apple and its Gray Lady, where he'll be contributing on a freelance basis. It was the "gravitational pull of New York" that led to his decision, Johnson said in a statement published in the Globe.

While in Boston, Johnson notably took Mass MoCA to task over its handling of Cristoph Buchel's aborted installation for the museum.
