Let the Openings Begin

Tomorrow is the first Thursday of a new season in the art world, and Thursdays mean openings. Here's what on our list:

Luxe Gallery
53 Stanton Street
"All the Way"
Opening: September 6th, 6 - 8 P.M.

Luxe christens its new space on Stanton Street with a group show. It's the first of a number of gallery and museum openings on Manhattan's Lower East Side this fall and winter.

ShContemporary is the latest contemporary Asian art fair to come on the Basel-Frieze-etc. circuit. More details in "Ten Worth Traveling For."
