Morning Hemlines: Burberry, A&F, Textiles, Pat Field

Burberry's sales defied the slump in the quarter ending September 30, shooting up 17 percent to $$575 million. (Bloomberg) The company warned that the third quarter remains "volatile and uncertain." (WWD)

Morgan Stanley has cut its holdings in Abercrombie & Fitch to under 5 percent. Mutual fund giant FMR has increased its share to nearly 11 percent. (DNR)
