Morning Hemlines: Tiffany, Zara

Tiffany is taking another shot at eBay, appealing a court ruling handed down in July that said the jeweler, not eBay, has responsibility for policing the auction site for fakes. (DNR) Meanwhile, the Wall Street Journal says eBay sellers are looking for other outlets.
