Posen's President

Laura O' Connor has been named president and chief executive officer of Zac Posen.

The executive was most recently president of women's wear at Theory. Prior to that, she was general merchandise manager/design director at Urban Outfitters.

O'Connor succeeds Zac Posen's mother Susan Posen as CEO and former president Barry Miguel, who left the company. Susan Posen will be elevated to chairman of the board.

This company recently entered the fragrance business and is said to have ambitious business plans for the next five years. Sean "Diddy" Combs and Ron Burkle own a stake in this company.
