Wal-Mart employees awarded $6.5 million in class-action lawsuit for missed rest breaks. That's peanuts--come October, the company could face up to $2 billion in civil penalties for violating state statutes. (DNR)

Knitwear brand Pringle of Scotland will replace C.E.O. Douglas Fang with former Chanel marketing director Mary-Adaire Macair. Macair will join creative director Clare Waight-Keller, whose collections have been largely responsible for Pringle's resurging popularity in the luxury market. (Vogue UK)
