Back to the future for Ferragamo. The company is celebrating it's 80th birthday with a new designer who aims to return the brand to its glamorous past. And an IPO to help pay the way. WWD

Guess what? Prada is also going public this year. They've said it will either happen in June or November, depending on how the stars are aligned. No, sorry, depending on what their advisers (not astrologers) tell them. WWD
