Steve Florio, former C.E.O. of Conde Nast is dead following a heart attack. He was 58. Florio's two children and brother both still work at Conde Nast. (WWD)

Fragrance innovator Laurice Rahme launches an Andy Warhol fragrance, the bottle will be decorated with images of Warhol's work, Flowers. All ten fragrances will be offered in a gift set for $1,500. (WWD)
