Holiday Shopping: It's Up, It's Down. It's Dull

Another survey on holiday retail sales, this one by Spending Pulse. They say, sales are up! Which is good. But only because of "promotional activity." Which is bad. And retailers are still worried. Which is normal. And I am still pretty much completely bored by shopping statistics.
