Who's Line Was Better Behaved, Roberto Cavalli's or Apple's?

Tonight the iPhone finally comes to London. People have been camping out since yesterday morning, of course. During the night, Apple employees handed out tea, local companies distributed food and hoodies. A report in the Times made it actually sound kind of fun, until the part where the early-morning drunks began heckling the folks in the queue. Only one woman was in line and many of the men here and in Germany talked about the fun of waiting in line with equally-devoted fans.

Judging from photos, the queue for the H&M launch of the Roberto Cavalli collection in London and New York was made up of mostly women. Vogue.com has a report on what some of the stylish the ladies in line were wearing. Inside, it wasn't so pretty. No drunks, but reports of pushing, trampling and fights inside the store. And someone stripped the mannequins.
