Aslaug Magnusdottir and her firm, TSM Capital, are leading the way for a new breed of fashion investor. Typically companies were not interested in backing brands with less than $10 million in sales. But because part of their deals is that Magnusdottir and her partners, Mortimer Singer and Marivn Traub, will help drive the brands, they're able to convince investors to take a chance on early stage brands.
