Hogan Says "Sorry!" Chrissie says, "Sue You!"

It must have seemed like a good idea at the time, but when Hogan decided to cite rocker Chrissie Hynde, the lead singer of The Pretenders, in a list of inspirations for their new collection of leather handbags they forgot to check with Peta. Hynde is a card carrying member of the organization, both vegetarian and firmly anti-leather. Although Hogan says the bag is not called the Chrissie, as the New York Daily News and the New York Times reported, Hynde nevertheless has said she'll sue. Hogan has said they'll apologize and one would think that would be the end of that, but with Peta involved you know that this isn't the last we'll hear of it.
