The UK's Only Pair Of Balenciaga Gold Leggings Is Sold To ...

Earlier I wrote how only one pair of the "must-have" Balenciaga gold leggings made it to the UK thanks to the kind --and smart-- fashion director at Harvey Nichols who bought a single pair so that a newspaper stylist could use them in a photo shoot. (They have rules here about not shooting objects that people can't buy. Silly, I know). The HN press office then rang Grazia, a weekly women's magazine, and told them that that while the $17, 321 gold leggings were not yet available, similar styles in brown and black were available for much less. Of course, they quickly sold out. beyonce-leggings-large.jpg (Beyonce photo by John Stanton/WireImage.com) Now British Vogue reports that the only pair of gold leggins in the UK has been sold to ... Beyonce. She'll wear them with a gold top made by her mom for the MTV awards. □
