Sneak Preview: (By Popular Demand) More From Gap UK
Is it the styling or is it the clothes? To help you decide, I've decided to put up a few more pictures from the autumn/winter collection of Gap Europe, designed by Phoebe Philo and Marie-Amelie Sauve. I think it's the clothes, myself. But the styling rocks too. Except for that guy in the cowboy hat in the first batch of pictures. I don't get that.

I do like the collection and hope that if (or when) it is a hit in Europe that Gap execs in the U.S. decide to bring a little of the flash to the U.S. market.
As for selling Old Navy as Will Ashworth suggests, yes, I see your point. But the problem would still exist, just not within the group. Maybe they should make Old Navy's basics even more basic and add some flair to the 'basics' at the Gap, like we see here with things like the pea coat reinterpreted, to warrant a higher price.
