The iPad is just a few months old, but it's well on its way to becoming the tool of choice for many small business owners. Here's how to get the most out of yours, with apps that are tailor made for small companies and entrepreneurs. The tips are courtesy of Canada's CTV.

Dropbox is a free tool that uses the web to automatically sync our iPad with a Mac or PC. The free app has a 2 gig limit on storage, but you can pay for more capacity.

Keynote for iPad offers presentation software that is designed specifically for the iPad. And it $9.99. it should fit comfortably into the budget. The company sells other iWorks apps such as word processing for the same price.

Money for iPad should be a boon for many small businesses that need a sold financial management tool. The app is free, too. It is packed with features that include accounting and budgeting. It can be used to manage investments or generate reports on spending.

Cisco's Webex tool is great for organizing online meetings with phone and desktop conferencing. It's free, too.

And Bento for iPad is used to create databases. It's uses are pretty much endless. You can use it to keep track of how you spend your time. contacts, hours worked on projects, etc. It's priced at $4.99.
