No Good Deed Goes Un-Trumped
Remember when we reported that Donald Trump had stepped in as Ed McMahon's benefactor to save the elder actor's home from foreclosure?
Well, we spoke too soon.
It appears that a second buyer has emerged for the unloved Beverly Hills property. The home's listing agent, Alex Davis of Hilton & Hyland, has told the Los Angeles Times that the house in now in a "multiple offer situation." He wouldn't name the second buyer.
When it rains, it pours, eh? McMahon's property was on the fast track to foreclosure one minute, and the next a possible bidding war has emerged.
Now that's a Hollywood ending.
