Grand Theft Auto Goes to Court

Grand Theft Auto IV publisher Take-Two has filed suit against the Chicago Transit Authority for pulling ads for the game without providing adequate explanation.
Take-Two's suit accuses the CTA and its sales agent, Titan Outdoor LLC, of violating a $300,000 agreement to run ads for GTA IV on buses and in various display areas throughout the transit system for six weeks between April and June.

Take-Two is seeking an order that would compel the CTA to restore the ads, along with at least $300,000 in damages.
