Microsoft-Yahoo: Who Stands to Gain the Most?

Beleaguered Yahoo shareholders stand to profit greatly from Microsoft's proposed takeover of Yahoo, which has sent Yahoo shares soaring 45 percent today from $19 to $28.

Co-founders David Filo and Jerry Yang are up nearly $800 million and $500 million, respectively, while Goldman Sachs is looking at a paper gain of almost $200 million.
