Wall Street Reels: Lindsay Is Leaving!
You knew that when CBS Interactive scooped up Wallstrip last May, it was only a matter of time. Yes, Lindsay Campbell is leaving her spot as beloved anchor of the daily web video show to take on a new role within CBS Interactive.
Campbell's new gig is a yet-to-debut show called Moblogic.tv. Wallstrip producers Adam Elend and Jeff Marks will be joining her on the start-up of the show.
As for Wallstrip, from tomorrow viewers will be getting their clever take on high performing stocks from Julie Alexandria, who has had experience guest hosting the web video show.
Even without its original host, Wallstrip's formula should continue to work. The site's targeted approach to financial blogging and web video has been growing, and keeping, a devoted audience since it launched in October 2006.
