Spitzer Twists In the Wind

Eliot Spitzer's long slow bleed continues.

His failure to simply fire the aides involved in the effort to smear Republican State Sen. Joe Bruno just keeps the scandal going.

Each concession that Spitzer makes now only makes the whole mess worse.

Spitzer probably did know of his aides' actions. It just seems implausible to me that he wouldn't.

He needs to come out and admit it.
