Super Tuesday Viewers Guide
I don't know what's going to happen tomorrow night but I know what I'm going to look for. The caucuses look especially fertile for Obama. KS, CO, MN, NM, ID , AK, and UT have caucuses tomorrow. I think Obama could take them all, with the exception of UT and NM. AZ looks good for Obama. IL is a lock for him, too. Clinton will take NY, AR, DE and OK. I'd look for Obama to take GA and AL. The tightest fight, I would think, will be California and New Jersey. Tennessee looks better for Clinton, and Massachusetts and Connecticut are tight even with the Ted Kennedy, John Kerry and Gov. Deval Patrick all backing Obama. I still wonder whether Obama can cut into Clinton's white-working class and Hispanic majorities. I think as long as she holds those groups she's gonna be able to muscle through all of this. Can Hillary pick up more strength with men and African Americans? I'll want to know.
With the Republicans, my only question is whether Romney can win in California. If he winds the biggest state in the country, I think he keeps going. If not, winning Montana isn't going to matter
FYI, my spouse works for Clinton
