All Register, All the Time
Yesterday was the Republicans turn. Today it's the Democrats. The Des Moines Register debates are the last of the forums before the caucuses and the most important because they really have a lot to do with who gets the coveted endorsement of the Iowa's only statewide newspaper. Yesterday, Thompson had a good perofrmance; Romney didn't go on the attack which deprived Huckapreacher of a chance to fire back with a witty one liner. Status quo all around. Look for Hillary to keep that lovin' feelin' later today. I doubt she attacks Obama and vice versa. Everyone ends on a nice note because, hey, it's Iowa. Besides, easier to let your direct mail and push polling do your dirty work.
