BoKlok Unveiled
Construction on the first BoKlok apartment in Gateshead, England, finished recently, and the units are now open for public viewing. Construction on the remaining apartments is almost complete and people are expected to begin moving in next month.

BoKlok developments are planned with an eye towards community and green living, with designs including lawns, apple trees, benches, and pocket parks in the larger developments.

Living room and kitchen areas have high ceilings and large windows to give an light, open feel.
Master Bedroom
To help furnish the homes, buyers receive a £250 credit at IKEA plus time with one of IKEA’s interior designers.
3-D Rendering
Construction on two and three bedroom houses in the Gateshead development is expected to begin in April of this year.
