Oceanview Villa, which sleeps six, can be had for an additional $1,500. Weddings are limited to the spring and fall. The owners reside in Florida but vacation here during summer.

The owners summer here, but may vacate if there is an event.

palace features statues of Greek gods and hand-painted ceiling murals. It has manicured gardens, a swimming pool, a 600-pound crystal chandelier, and gold-plated bathroom fixtures. Once home to Whoopi Goldberg, the property is owned by Nico Santucci, local entrepreneur and man-about-town.
The Z Mansion

mansion, one of the oldest wooden structures in the state, is the home of author/internet entrepreneur Thomas Hill, his wife Emmeline, and their seven children. A wedding here is a laid-back affair: “We warn anyone that it’s possible that our two 10-year-olds may run through the rehearsal wearing underwear on their head,” Hill says.

villa in Hope Ranch sleeps 20 people comfortably. The estate, with Pacific Ocean views, has landscaped grounds, mosaic pool, garden pergola, Zen garden, and marble outdoor kitchen. It’s the primary residence of a local family who will relocate to their second home nearby if a wedding is being held.

estate is in Makena, one of Maui’s less developed areas, near a popular snorkeling cove. The simple house has five bedrooms; rent this space for its expansive lawn, perfect for an outdoor wedding.
