At this 870-acre resort, dockage rates range from $1.50 to $3.50 per linear foot, depending on the season. Of course, that adds up when you're talking about a 200-foot megayacht, which several of the 96 slips at the newly expanded marina are able to accommodate. International Marinas intends to continue developing the 40-year-old Chub Cay, with plans to add more berths, villas, and townhomes in the near future.

Condos at the club's Aquidneck Island location will go for from $395,000 to $2 million, and fine shopping and dining will round out this 145-acre development from O'Neill Properties Group.

Meridian Development Group extends its Mexican holdings with this new $350 million Baja marina, which will eventually offer shelter to 76 megayachts. Weary seafarers can stretch their legs on the resort's tennis courts and jogging paths, or tour one of several nearby vineyards. Five-week fractional ownership of one of the resort's club condominiums will start at $230,000.
