Overview
Zane Tankel has been a director of the Company since February 2006. Mr. Tankel has been the Chairman of the Board of Apple-Metro, Inc., the New York Metropolitan Area franchisee for Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar and Chevys Fresh Mex Restaurants since 1994. Mr. Tankel is also a member of the board of directors of P&MC's Holding LLC and BKH Acquisition Corp. He is also a director of Allis Chalmers, where he is Chairman of the Compensation and Nominating Committees. Mr. Tankel is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
