Overview
Mr. McComb, 45, joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors in November 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McComb was a company group chairman at Johnson & Johnson. During his 14-year tenure with Johnson & Johnson, Mr. McComb oversaw some of the company's largest consumer product businesses and brands, including Tylenol, Motrin, and Clean & Clear. He also led the team that repositioned and restored growth to the Tylenol brand and oversaw the growth of Johnson & Johnson's McNeil Consumer business with key brand licenses such as St. Joseph aspirin, where he implemented a strategy to grow the brand beyond the over-the-counter market by adding pediatric prescription drugs. Mr. McComb currently serves as a board member for TechnoServe, Inc., a not-for-profit organization.
