W. Leo Kiely, III

Overview

Mr. Kiely previously served as a director of Coors Brewing Company since 1998. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Adolph Coors Company in July 2002 and served as Chief Executive Officer of Coors Brewing Company from May 2000 to March 2005. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Coors Brewing Company from March 1993 to May 2000. Before joining Coors Brewing Company, he held executive positions with Frito-Lay, Inc., a subsidiary of PepsiCo. He is Vice President, Board of Trustees, of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, and National Trustee of Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Leo Kiely, current CEO of Molson Coors, will be the CEO of the joint venture effective upon the closing of the transaction.
