Mr. Reed, 60, retired as Chairman of General Motors Asset Management Corporation in April 2006. Mr. Reed served as President and Chief Executive Officer from July 1994 until December 31, 2005. He also served as Chairman and CEO of the GM Trust Bank and as a Corporate Vice President of General Motors Corporation until December 31, 2005. He is a director of Legg Mason, Inc. and Morgan Stanley Mutual Funds. Mr. Reed is also Senior Advisor to AEA Holdings, a private equity and alternative investments firm.
