Virgis W. Colbert
Overview
VIRGIS W. COLBERT, retired, served as Executive Vice President, Miller Brewing Company from 1997 to 2005; Senior Vice President-Worldwide Operations from 1995 to 1997; Vice President Operations from 1993 to 1995; and also held other key leadership positions at Miller Brewing from 1979. He is a director of The Manitowoc Company, Inc., Sara Lee Corporation, and Merrill Lynch and Co. Inc. Mr. Colbert is 67 years old and has been a director since July 2003. He is Chair of the Compensation and Organization Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee and the Executive Committee.
