Mr. Prabhu has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since January 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Prabhu served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Safeway Inc., from September 2000 through December 2003. Mr. Prabhu was previously the President of the Information and Media Group at the McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc., from June 1998 to August 2000, and held several senior positions at divisions of PepsiCo, Inc. from June 1992 to May 1998. From August 1983 to May 1992 he was a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, an international management consulting firm.
