Ulrika Ekman

Overview

Ulrika Ekman, 45, has served as General Counsel and Secretary since May 2004. Prior to joining Greenhill, Ms. Ekman was a partner in the mergers and acquisitions group of the corporate department of Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she practiced law since 1990. She is a director of a private company. The Firm announced that Ulrika Ekman, previously General Counsel of the Firm, has been appointed Co-Head of U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions.
