Todd Weintraub
Overview
The Company has appointed Todd Weintraub, age 45, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective November 25, 2008. Mr. Weintraub joined the Macquarie Group in May 2005 acting as Vice President of Finance for the Company, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Weintraub has also served as the Company's Principal Accounting Officer since September of 2006. Before joining Macquarie he was the Director of Accounting at Pathmark Foods and was previously the Chief Financial Officer of United Natural Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNFI).
