Tim S. Nicholls, 46, senior vice president and chief financial officer since December 2007. Mr. Nicholls previously served as vice president and executive project leader of IP Europe during 2007. Mr. Nicholls served as vice president and chief financial officer-IP Europe from 2005 to 2007, and as president of the Company's former Canadian pulp and wood products business from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Nicholls joined International Paper in 1991.
