On February 4, 2009, Accuride appointed Thomas V. Taylor as a director of the board. Thomas V. Taylor is a Managing Director at Sun Capital Partners, Inc. Prior to joining Sun Capital, he was Executive Vice President, Merchandising and CMO at The Home Depot Companies. While at The Home Depot Companies, Mr. Taylor also served as Regional Vice President in the Southwest Division, Merchandising Vice President in the Northwest Division, Division President of the Northwest Division, President of the Eastern Division, and Executive Vice President.
