Overview
Tom Mumford is Senior Vice President, Business Development Oversight. Mr. Mumford was appointed to this position in September 2006. He is responsible for the approval process on all major new project activities and manages the Company's corporate development and strategic planning functions. Previously, Mr. Mumford served as Senior Vice President, Business Development for SUEZ Energy North America, where he was responsible for wholesale power acquisition, divestiture and development efforts, LNG program efforts, investment management and portfolio rationalization. His career has included senior positions in the marine, nuclear power, oil and gas and conventional power industries, covering projects in the Middle East, the Far East, Central and South America and domestic markets. Mr. Mumford graduated from Stow College of Engineering and completed his studies at Glasgow College of Technology to become registered as a Chartered Engineer. Mr. Mumford maintains membership of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Institute of Marine Engineers in the United Kingdom, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
