Mr. Wilson previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Allstate Insurance Company from June 2005 until January 2007. Mr. Wilson also served as President of Allstate Protection from 2002 to 2006, and as Chairman and President of Allstate Financial from 1999 to 2002. Chairman-elect of The Allstate Corporation effective May 1, 2008.
