Thomas G. Plaskett
Overview
Mr. Plaskett has served as Chairman of Fox Run Capital Associates (a private consulting firm) since 1999, and is a corporate director and a business consultant. He is Chairman of the Board of Novell, Inc. and of Platinum Research Organization, Inc. and a director of Alcon, Inc. Mr. Plaskett is currently the chair of the Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee and the Finance and Strategic Transactions Committee. He has also been designated the presiding director of the board.
