Ms. Teresa Beck, age 52, has served as a director of the Company since 1999. She was president of American Stores from 1998 to 1999, and was American Stores' chief financial officer from 1993 to 1998. She is a director of Lexmark International Inc., and a trustee of Intermountain Healthcare, the Nature Conservancy and the Nature Conservancy of Utah. She serves on the University of Utah National Advisory Council and the advisory board for the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
