Tae-Sik Yoon

Overview

Tae-Sik Yoon is a managing director and chief financial officer of J.E. Robert Company and our manager and also serves as our executive vice president. Mr. Yoon also serves on our investment committee. Mr. Yoon joined J.E. Robert Company in 1999. He has primary responsibility for risk and portfolio management, capital markets (debt and equity) and finance and accounting for J.E. Robert Company. From 1989 to 1991, and then again from 1997 to 1999, Mr. Yoon worked in the real estate investment banking group of Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York City and Los Angeles, CA, and from 1994 to 1997 was a corporate attorney at the law firm of Williams & Connolly in Washington, D.C. Mr. Yoon received a B.A. degree in biology from the Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. He is a member of the bars of Washington, D.C., the State of Maryland and the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
