She served as Vice President of Corporate Quality from March 2001 to January 2005, as General Manager of our Electrochem Division from July 1998 to March 2001 and as Director of Procurement from June 1991 to July 1998. Ms. Bratton has held various other positions with our Company since joining us in 1976.
