Stephen Wilson
Overview
Mr. Wilson has served as one or our directors since May 1, 2006. He is currently a partner with Camelot Equity Partners. From May 2001 to February 2006, Mr. Wilson was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Footstar, Inc. He has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bridge Information Systems, Reader's Digest Association and RJR Nabisco. His additional prior experience includes senior management and financial positions at Cadbury Schweppes North America and Pepsico, Inc.
